Watermelon, ham and cheese canapé


Serves – 24

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 watermelon (seeded and cut into chunks)
  • 8 slices serrano cured ham (approx 80g) (cut into 3 pieces)
  • 200g feta cheese (24 cubes)
  • black pepper
  • 24 fresh mint leaves

METHOD

  1. Thread ingredients onto cocktail sticks, season with cracked black pepper
  2. Chill before serving
