- White wine vinegar (1 tsp)
- Plain yoghurt (100ml)
- 1/2 cucumber
- Fresh mint (10g)
- Lemon juice (1 tsp)
- pinch of salt
- In a mixing bowl pour in the yoghurt, lemon juice, salt and white wine vinegar.
- Peel cucumber slice in half lengthways and scoop out seeds.
- Grate cucumber and add to yoghurt mixture.
- Add finely chopped fresh mint and mix together.
- Chill before serving.
