Cucumber and mint yoghurt sauce


INGREDIENTS

  • White wine vinegar (1 tsp)
  • Plain yoghurt (100ml)
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Fresh mint (10g)
  • Lemon juice (1 tsp)
  • pinch of salt

METHOD

  1. In a mixing bowl pour in the yoghurt, lemon juice, salt and white wine vinegar.
  2. Peel cucumber slice in half lengthways and scoop out seeds.
  3. Grate cucumber and add to yoghurt mixture.
  4.  Add finely chopped fresh mint and mix together.
  5. Chill before serving.
